Gangsters with Superpowers, the stuff of my dreams...

Why isn't anyone posting? Now I have to double post...

I had this funny dream the other week, having to do with mafia gangsters with superpowers. (Because Stephanie was too slow at doing da Rubix Cube, I was getting killed by some ice throwing guy. Did I mention that we were all gangsters? Don't try to understand it.) I guess this is what happens when you watch too much Heroes, Avatar, and Godfather movies in one day.

Took much longer than expected, probably because I haven't really tried coloring water before. And black clothes for that matter. I kinda gave up on trying to make the legs look right...

Have fun trying to figure out where the quote is from. But knowing me, that wouldn't be that hard right? ;)

Kamina Sunglasses

Yay! SAT's are over, and now I can finally draw!

This is a Kamina wannabe with Kamina trade-mark sunglasses <3. Go search it up on Google and you'll understand what I mean. No lineart this time, really simple coloring. I was playing around with stuff. It was on binder paper, hence the lines. The colors scheme is kinda weird, isn't it?
And like Susie says, the reason his hair isn't flying around like the rest of things are is because he uses Cement Hair Gel ©.

¡Es la chica que tiene el pelo rizado! I was watching Shark on Innertube, and I saw Raina's head, and it was like... Pow! So I doodled this. No sketch - hence the horrendous mistakes I might have fixed if I did plan. But it was fun.

i broke through my artist block..

finally decided to color the old lineart. got off my lazy ass and started sketching like crazy recently too because i needed something to send with my application for the game production they announced in the morning. (god im really nervous, i hope i get the interview..)

I don't have any artwork to post, but i have a new idea!

hey guys!! i kno i haven't posted in ages...
But i have a new idea...
I was thinking we could do a series based on one theme, such as "enchanted children..."
here is the system i am thinking that we should organize the series on
each person creates:
ONE piece of art (well the # is negotiable)
art is within dimensions of 11X14
art is related to ONE theme
the preliminary piece of art, meaning before its colored/shaded/finished will be subject to EXTENSIVE peer review (meaning we dole out some constructive criticism in hopes of possible improvement)
take your time on the art and don't rush it (meaning we have more than 3 days to produce an artwork)
