I like the foreshortening on the first drawing.
You can give the cyber fairy an upgrade by adding designs to his wings :D
Yeahh. I like the first drawing too. It's like, "I can hurt you, ... but with class." ...that's actually what I thought of first. -shrug-
I like the cyborg. The details robotics are really nice.
The girl is nice too but her shoes can be improved.
