I don't know crap about photoshop so I won't say anything about that.
But the girl doesnt look very feminine.
And the shoulders and kinda...too slouched? Roundish? Iono.

Anyways, I don't know anything 'bout photoshop either. So ignore anything that sounds stupid/ludicrous.
Darker hair around the neck area? Shade some more on the left shoulder to signify it's like under hair, and farther away.
Creases on the right side of the shirt? You have them on the left side (And they look spiffeh), but the right side looks way too smooth. :X
And agree with kim on the shoulder thing.
Anywho, very nicely done! :D
