scanner killed the quality....i need help w/background. gimme some ideas....

I'm going to see if anyone agrees with me
It needs a railing, and the bottom wall of a ship (like the top deck of a ship or boat) and the ocean behind it
I'd prefer to make it with a low stone wall right behind them and a lake sort of behind that...if you get my drift...
Make it raining and them under a cafe roofing thing
