If you draw side views you draw the head first and then shad in the hair. From the forehead you draw a circular shape so it doenst turn flat. Ill show you at school ..again.xD And the arms shouldn't be so bumpy even though they're muscles. I dont know how to draw muscles so im stumped. But Neji is very uver super duper hawt there. I was drooling before i commented. And i like the puzzleish design in the background mathced his character.
Nice! I do think this is better than the other ones you posted (although they were good, too). (: ...and as I don't frequently draw humanoid figures... I don't have much to say. XD
