The left hand corner woman's lips are like fish but I cant do lips either so :P
The center girl's hand is ..off. THe pinky should be visible and the middle finger shouldn't be as long as the index since its bent.
Her elbow is too round it should be a little sharper.
Her..breast...shouldn't start there it should start more near the shoulder and slowly curve down to the waist. Her body is crooked on the bottom if it was intentional then the shoulders should be corved more also.
The noses on all the people are a bit sharp except the nose in the middle one with is a bit unusal but can be your style.
THe center woman's head is flattened make sure you draw the head form before you draw the hair.
The markers shouldn't look so overlapped try to limit yourseld to only 3 colors for each part.
